- It is mandatory to select correct VOC while raising a ticket. In case of any confusion please ask the available floor supervisor.
- The customers who are inquiring about our product, it is found that we are not putting in any effort on calls to convert the customer + not doing the correct probing as to which type of mattress he/she used in the past, and most importantly the agent is not asking for customer's location so that the lead can be passed to the store and also the customer can experience our product too.
- Kindly make sure to probe on the call as much as possible and every fresh lead needs to tagged and assigned properly.
- Tickets need to be created for each and every call.
