  • For the cases wherein there is a delay in dispatching the recliner sofa needs to be handled properly and proper dispatch timelines needs to share with the customer

  • Had discussed about one of the social escalation cases where a customer requested to cancel their recliner sofa order because the color didn't match with their house interior. Instead of addressing the color mismatch, the advisor suggested a posture correction.
  • Need to pitch for C- Sat
