Recliner Bed Remote Function:


The massage timer has 3 modes, and if the button is clicked, the lights will start reflecting:

Blue Light: 10 minutes

Green Light: 20 minutes

Red Light: 30 minutes

4th click will turn off the massager.


Other Issues:


Agents are not pitching for C-Sat.

Soft Skill or Parameters are not being followed at all.

Tickets are still not being raised.

Agents are using mobile phones while handling calls.

Agents are not providing complete details on calls and are directly forwarding Product inquiries to the store.

The Recliner Bed comes only in Single, King, and Queen sizes, and not Deewan.

New agents are not assigning tickets to the relevant team as per the procedure.

Agents are not adding tags to the tickets.

Offers and EMI options are not being explained to the customers.

There is a delay in adding notes, creating confusion for the next agent handling calls.

New Agents are promising for call back but the ticket has been resolved.

 Empathize the Customer on Call 

'Waiting on customer' status needs to mark as pending & do not change the status of 'Customer Responded'

Do not commit for - RPF, RPCX, Delivery TAT , Tech Visit TAT)


Additionally, we are assigning laptops, mice, and headsets to the agents. Please ensure these items are not getting exchanged or misplaced, as all of them are assigned in their names.
