1- If customer is irate be polite and let the customer talk first and empathize the customer.
2- Do not argue with the customer try to understand his problem
3- Check your open/Pending tickets on regular basis and try to resolve max queries on FCR
4- Take care of your laptop, Mouse & Headsets
5- Create tickets with customer's name, contact number & email Id
6- Monsoon pre-sale is live till 14th June
7- Pre Sales advisor, try to create urgency if customer shows interest to buy any product
