In cases where the customer has ordered the wrong size, model, or color, transportation charges will apply. We must clearly communicate to the customer that since the product is bulky and requires manpower for pickup and delivery, the company will bear the cost for one side of the transportation, and the other side's transportation charges need to be paid by the customer.

This is to inform all of you that we have made some feature changes in the Onyx Orthopaedic Chair that you all must be aware of, especially when interacting with customers-

The chrome wheelbase has been changed to a nylon base.
Multi-lock recline has been changed to single-lock recline at 90 degrees. The chair will still recline up to 135 degrees but will lock only at 90 degrees.
The only metal component on the product will be in the gas lift. The rest will all be a mix of soft and hard nylon parts.

During our audits, we've come across agents who are confused and are unable to answer the customer's questions correctly when asked about the mattress topper. To clarify the same, please note the following details regarding our mattress toppers:

Both firm and soft variants of the topper will be 1 inch thick.
The Firm topper is made using high-resilience foam for better support.
The Soft topper uses Super Soft Foam to enhance plush comfort.
Both variants are covered with premium knitted cotton fabric.
Elastic straps are provided at all four corners to securely tuck the topper onto the mattress and prevent shifting during use.
