- Any Fresh leads need to properly assigned to respective store or call sales team as per the conversation. We need not have to judge whether the customer will place the order or not.
- On fresh lead calls proper and precise notes needs to mentioned so that sale sleep expert can accordingly interact with the customer.
- Delay dispatch cases need to handled much carefully and proper dispatch timelines need to share with the customer.
- Since we are facing some issues with Shopify so in order to know the tracking details need to check the order status once in EasyECom as well.
