- Kindly ensure that while raising a ticket proper ticket type should be selected. If it's an ongoing case, then properly need to tag the ticket under ongoing.
- Need to ensure that if we are closing the ticket at the same time need to select the type as query.
- If we are assigning the ticket to any particular department then need to tag the ticket under complaints.
- Proper tags need to added as and when required.
- Avoid adding notes on closed or resolved ticket.
