  • When it is non serviceable Pincode we are showing message with DIYCHAIRS coupon code which can be applied by customer to get 500 Rs discount on chairs
  • Once an order is placed with the DIYCHAIRS coupon code the ticket will be created in the booking teams group with the subject line “DIY CHAIR INSTALLATION”
  • The Order Management team would need to call the customer with the DIY instructions.
  • Any email ticket reflecting with the status as Waiting On customer and if same customer contacts us advisors need to make sure to change the ticket status as Pending and need to inform the assigned agent as well.
  • On every open or ticket with pending status need to keep the customer updated by calling them 
  • Proper Verbiage needs to be followed for cases wherein the product is OOS.
  • Tags need to used properly as an when required.
  • Only orders from 10000 - 40000 will now be applicable for COD PAN INDIA.
