We have updated 7-day dispatch timeline for non-revolving grey variant as well. All the variants carry a 7-day dispatch timeline from today.
For any part replacement cases which is not covered under warranty for that ideally, we need to ask the customer to pay the charges as per the part that customer needs. In scenario wherein customer is not ready to pay charges need to highlight immediately to the available floor supervisor need to take necessary approval from their end and need to share the respective ticket id with them for approval then accordingly need to inform the customer.
