  • We will assign the ticket to outreach team in the cases when the minimum EDD is crossed and accordingly without fail need to add the tag as Min EDD crossed but still it's found we are still missing to add this tag and it getting delayed in providing resolution to our customers.

  • For the cases where inhouse technician is aligned to check the status of tech visit there is a consolidated sheet available. Kindly refer that before providing any information to the customer.
