The dispatch timeline for both revolving and non-revolving sofa will be 7 days.

For in-house technician visit need to refer the sheet shared. 


And for part replacement we need to check with customer whether they had handed over the old part to the in-house technician or not. If not need to assign the ticket to returns team for return pick up.
