1- Clarity on Query/Complaint -
Query- which is resolved on same call
Complaint- Which needs to be assigned to other team or need to take further steps
2- No need to draw something on laptop as an identity
3- If customer is reaching us for future delivery and the status is in transit, ask customer if someone is available at the location to accept the delivery if not then we will pitch for the RTO & Charges
4- We are failing to create a ticket on every call
5- Avoid creating duplicate ticket check previous tickets.
