1- Opening & Closing on blank, Spam call & advisor can disconnect on calls
( Advisors are not disconnecting the blank calls or spam calls even after giving the verbiage)
2- Still, we are missing to use the Mute button, specially on OBH
3- Provide correct information to the customer
4- Mention clear and details in notes
5- Floor discipline ( mobile Phone, Attandance, Login hrs )
