1- Opening & Closing on calls should be energetic
2- If we are committing a call back use 'call back' Tag
3- On blank call verbiage should be proper and clear, advisor should have wait for at least 30-50 seconds
4- Still Missing Tags while assigning to tech team
5-  Choice of words on call 
6- Assurance & Ownership on calls
