1- How to check if the order is placed on hold by store in Shopify - "Post Delivery Date". - If you see a future date specified Shopify, kindly reconfirm with the customer if any such request was made by him while placing the order at the store.
2- Still we are missing to add customer details on ticket
3- In between the call if customer is pointing any another issue we have to acknowledge that as well.
4- If customer is reaching us for store details in between conversation they have mentioned any order related issue we can help the customer do not redirect to the store.
5- Do not argue with the customer hear them out and if you do not have the resolution take time from customer and check with the floor supervisor and provide the resolution.
6- Be helpful, kind & Polite on call.
