1- Min EDD crossed, need to assign the ticket to Outreach Team
2- Ownership is missing on calls & not sounding responsible just pushing the customer to finish the call
3- If customer is complaining try to relate the issue with your self if you are facing the same issue what you can do to resolve.
4- Kindly check on going offers in Growth Offers which is added in Daily Briefing - fresh desk
5- check previous tickets before raising a new complaint or ticket.
