2- If committed any call backs from relevant team or seniors keep a track on that because that is leading to a D-Sat or social escalation.
3- We cannot miss on creating tickets on every call
4- Whenever we are resolving the ticket pitch for C-sat
5- Choice of words on call can trigger the customer, don't be on nervous on calls
