1- Technician will be auto assigned for Elev8 Recliner Bed ( Without Frame )
2- Work on open/pending tickets without missing on updating everyday, before logout ( take TC help )
3- Still missing Tags while assigning ticket to tech ( If this will repeat we will audit that call and it will be directly fatal )
4- Ownership on call- if still customer is adamant for senior call back inform to the floor supervisor
5- Adding notes on closed ticket will be fatal
6- Floor disciple needs to be maintain. (Mobile phones, Breaks, attending Briefings, Login time)
