1- For Amazon orders kindly check on Easyecom first, if details are not visible reach out to us.
2- Explain the customer what we are going to do, if we are asking to wait for 24-48 hrs.
3- For Elev8 Recliner Bed we will sent technician to inspect the issue we will not ask for a video.
4- If Supervisor call was arranged kindly inform the respective supervisor and select the same supervisor name with whom case was discussed.  
5- If any help needed regards to the process or facing any challenge kindly connect with your respective team leader or team coaches.
6- Be professional on call and take care while talking on the call your friend's voice is getting recorded on call.
7- If customer reach out to you and we need to escalate the ticket to any team kindly take action do not just inform the person to do that.
