1- For DIY installation upfront pitch the customer for videos
2- Pitch for C-sat on every call
3- If customer is insisting on something do not argue with the customer request some time and check with available floor supervisor
4- Floor Discipline need to be maintain ( Mobile Phone )
5- We have to help the customer in any situation- Check with floor supervisor for any exceptional way
6- Tickets should be created from the calling number of the customer and if there is any alternate contact number mention that number in 'mobile phone'
